      Having outstanding tutors is an important factor in ensuring we provide each of our students with the correct guidance they require for their educational needs. Just Learn, we ensure the following:<\/p>

      • All tutors\/mentors have been fully vetted\u00a0<\/li>
      • All tutors\/mentors have an enhanced DBS\u00a0<\/li>
      • All tutors\/mentors have education-led backgrounds to ensure they understand the National Curriculum and the requirements of each student including those with SEND.<\/li>
      • All tutors are provided with relevant training and continuous CPD<\/li><\/ul>

        We maintain a quality service and offer the following:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

        • Management of tuition\/mentoring arrangements\u00a0<\/li>
        • Immediate response to referrals and regular updates are provided<\/li>
        • Tutors and mentors can be organised within\u00a024 hours\u00a0 \u00a0<\/li>
        • Virtual and face-to-face tuition is available (risk assessments are completed for both)\u00a0<\/li>
        • Specialist staff that can tutor\/mentor at\u00a0all levels\u00a0including students that are\u00a0Post 16, have SEND or ESOL\/EAL<\/li>
        • Feedback reports sent\u00a0monthly\u00a0with an attendance register<\/li>
        • Invoices are sent\u00a0monthly in arrears<\/li>
        • Nationwide\u00a0tutor coverage\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>
