Job Description:
Just Learn are looking for a HLTA to join their team and provide support to 11–16 yr olds at their school in Wallington, Monday to Friday (9am to 4pm).
Duties:
- Provide support to learners individually or in groups who are learning English as an additional language.
- Assist teachers in order to help promote effective teaching and learning for pupils.
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a similar educational setting supporting students with ESOL needs.
Requirements:
- The candidate must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update System or be willing to pay towards the cost of one.

Job Description:
Just Learn are looking for Core Subject Tutors to tutor learners around the Lambeth Area. This can take place during school hours, after school hours as well as weekends. The tutor must have experience in teaching these subjects up to GCSE level.
Duties:
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to the student in Maths, English and Sciences.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of each student.
- Assess student's learning needs and create personalised learning goals.
- Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
- Utilise effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote a positive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport with students and their families.
- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Knowledge of various teaching techniques and strategies for different learning styles.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting and maintain discipline.
- Proficient in using educational technology tools for instruction.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues and pastoral staff to support student wellbeing and behaviour.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or has been working as an unqualified teacher or has a relevant teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
- Has experience or interest in working with students with additional needs, behavioural challenges or within alternative provision.
- Demonstrates patience, empathy and strong behaviour management skills.
- Is committed to supporting students to achieve both academically and personally.
